Understand the daily maintenance cycles and maintenance items of hydraulic lifting platforms and freight elevators to extend the service life of the equipment and ensure safe operation.
The maintenance of hydraulic lifting platforms is divided into four levels: daily, monthly, quarterly and annual. Routine maintenance (each shift): Check the hydraulic oil level, whether there are leaks in the pipelines, whether the safety devices are normal, and whether the table is clean. Monthly maintenance: Check the wear of the guide rails and guide wheels, clean the dust in the control box, and test the sensitivity of the limit switch. Quarterly maintenance (every 3 months): Replace the hydraulic oil filter element, check whether the wire rope is broken or rusted, add grease to each hinge point, and test the emergency stop button and manual lowering function. Annual maintenance: replace the hydraulic oil (replace after the first 100 hours of use, and every 6-12 months thereafter), comprehensively inspect the cylinder seals, check the insulation of the electrical circuits, and perform anti-corrosion treatment on the steel structure. The maintenance cycle of the freight elevator is basically the same as that of the hydraulic lifting platform, but additional inspections of the landing door interlocking device and guide rail verticality are required. It is recommended to sign an annual maintenance contract with the manufacturer and have professional technicians perform regular on-site maintenance to ensure that the equipment is always in optimal condition.
