1. Overall structure and materials
Main body steel material: The entire vehicle is thickened and welded carbon steel, the scissor arms are made of manganese steel profiles, the three-wheeled vehicle frame is made of one-piece steel, and is load-bearing without deformation; the lifting platform is surrounded by safety guardrails.
Mobile configuration: The electric three-wheel chassis has its own drive, no need for trailer traction, and it has its own battery to drive independently. It has a small turning radius and can be passed through narrow passages and factory lanes. During operation, four hydraulic outriggers are extended and locked to prevent rollover.
Driving mode: Hydraulic scissor lifting, electric oil pump provides lifting power; the tricycle is driven by a battery motor, and a hybrid electric range extender is optional.
Control method: platform hand-held button + body ground double button control, single-person independent operation, equipped with emergency stop button and emergency manual lowering valve, which can be lowered when power is off.
