1. Working principle

1. Push the equipment to the rear of the truck and hook the chain to the truck body to secure it;
2. The height of the platform is hydraulically adjusted, and the front lip plate is connected to the car floor;
3. A ramp channel is formed, and the forklift/manual truck drives directly into the carriage to load and unload palletized goods;
4. After the operation is completed, lower the height, unhook the hook, and push the equipment away. It can be operated by one person.

2. Main structure

• Main body: high-strength manganese steel welded main beam, strong and resistant to deformation
• Countertop: anti-slip patterned steel plate/grid plate, anti-skid drainage for rain and snow
• Power unit: manual hydraulic pump / electric hydraulic pump station (220V/380V)
• Traveling mechanism: solid heavy-duty moving wheels, which can be towed and moved by a forklift
• Safety components: hook chain, anti-slip block, safety guardrail, emergency manual lowering valve

1. No civil construction required: There is no need to dig holes or fixed installation. It can be used immediately upon arrival. It is the first choice for rental warehouses.
